The Supply Shack generally adds shipping to your order based on actual costs at time of shipping with NO mark up. Additionally we will be happy to ship on your account if you preferred rates. But this will all be clearly identified on your quote and we are happy to work with you in any fashion that makes sense for your organization.

Returns

It is always best to take advantage of the sample program to make sure your product will be perfect. As always if there is a mistake on our end, we will stand behind the quality and warranty stated in our quotation.

We need happy customers. If you are dissatisfied in anyway we will do everything possible to fix the problem.
